持続可能社会に向けた市民協働プロジェクトマネジメント

日本においては中山間地域を中心に少子高齢化・人口減少が進んでおり、これらの持続可能性を検討することが急務となっている。基礎自治体や地域住民と共に、市民科学に基づく調査を通じて地域コミュニティとそれを取り巻く自然環境状況を把握し、エビデンスに基づいた政策形成を共創で行うためのプログラムの開発と実践を行っている。

LLMによるローカルコミュニティの知識基盤の開発

地域住民への聞き取り調査やコミュニティ誌などの様々な地域情報を対象に、地域知をLLM（Large Language Model：大規模言語モデル）を用いて統合した知識基盤の開発と、まちづくり活動への活用のための方法について検討を行っている。

ステークホルダー共創による定性的因果推論モデルの構築

持続可能社会に向けては、地域のステークホルダーが望む将来社会シナリオを描き、これに基づいた社会変革（トランジション）を進めることが求められる。これまでの望む将来社会シナリオは、叙述形式で記されてきたが介入策の対象となる社会課題の表現において、因果関係が不明瞭であることが多かった。このようなことから、ネットワークグラフ形式で社会課題構造を表現するための方法論の開発を行っている。

Knowledge clusterの複合分野の知識間の重合に着目し、繋げ合わせて構造化し、ネットワークとして可視化する。
地域社会で起きている状況を、説明可能な知識ベースのモデル（仮説生成）を行う。

In Japan, depopulation and population aging are advancing, particularly in rural and mountainous areas, making it an urgent priority to examine the sustainability of these regions. I have been working in collaboration with local governments and community residents to develop and implement methodologies that utilize citizen science-based surveys to understand local communities and their surrounding natural environments, with the aim of co-creating evidence-based policy-making processes.

Development of Functionality Prediction Method for Splicing Isoforms

To advance toward a sustainable society, it is essential to articulate future societal scenarios envisioned by regional stakeholders and to promote social transformations (transitions) based on these scenarios. To date, such envisioned futures have typically been described in narrative form; however, the causal relationships underlying the social issues targeted by interventions have often remained unclear. In response, this study develops a methodological framework for representing the structure of social issues in the form of network graphs.
